More info: I am an agriculture teacher who works in Charlotte looking for a property with housing no more than 1hr from work. I would a property that is at least partially fenced so that I can keep a couple of horses - a run in or barn for the horses in addition to a storage shed or two would be ideal. I would like to also be able to have a large garden, chickens, goats, etc, but don't need permanent infrastructure for those things. Good sun exposure is a must.
Equipment & infrastructure:
Fencing, Farmer housing.
More info: -Would like fencing for horses - no barbed wire anywhere on the property, at least two acres fenced for horses - I will electrify if it is not already electrified
-Some sort of run in or barn for horses

More info: Ideally it would already have a garden and if it already had chickens, goats, fruit production, etc, I would be happy to take that over.
Current farming practices:
More info: Would prefer something that has not been conventionally farmed cropland, I would follow organic practices, but it doesn't really matter as long as there is some grass for the horses.

More info: I have a degree in Animal Science and am currently an agriculture teacher at the high school level, I previously worked as a vet tech for years and grew up with horses as well
