More info: I am a aspiring nurseryman and "orchardist". I am going to be growing around 2,000 trees this spring and would love to plant them somewhere I could eventually reap their rewards. I would potentially use your site for a useful tree nursery as well. "Restoration Agriculture" by Mark Shepard gives a good idea of what I want to do. Chestnuts, paw paws, persimmons, tree fed livestock, mulberry, brambles, any and every perennial. I have experience with annual and perennial farming systems. Equipment & infrastructure:

Barn, Fencing, Well / Pond / Other water source, Greenhouse, Livestock facilities, Farmer housing, Farm equipment, Processing facilities, Irrigation equipment, Cold storage (cooler/freezer). More info: I don't need any infrastructure. I can bring all my trees and everything I need with me to the site. Things that would be nice to have would be cooler/freezer (for propagation material), and greenhouse.

Aquaculture, Cattle (Dairy/Beef), Christmas trees, Fallow, Field crops, Flowers, Hay or pasture, Herbs, Hogs, Orchard, Poultry (Broiler/Layer), Sheep/Goat (Dairy/Meat), Vegetable production, Vineyard, Woodlot or forest products.

Biodynamic, Conventional, Certified organic, Transitioning to organic, Ecological production but not certified, None, the property is not being farmed.

Garden Manager at YMCA Camp Harrison, Boomer, NC: March - September 2016 Responsible for production of a garden plot for education and enjoyment of summer campers aged 6-16.

Production goals:

Hogs, Orchard, Poultry (Broiler/Layer), Sheep/Goat (Dairy/Meat), Vineyard, Woodlot or forest products. More info: I want to create a perennial based, food producing system, that will generate profit and food for centuries. The main profit coming from Chinese chesnuts, and paw-paws. These are the products I have seen make profits in Iowa, but want incorporate pigs, chickens, mulberries, persimmons, honeylocust, and any other perennial crop with potential (pecans, asian pear, honey berry, etc.) In the nearer future, I would like to start a small scale tree nursery and that could provide more immediate profits.
