Looking for the following:

Type of opportunity:

Lease (1 to 5 Years). More info: Looking to start experimental small indoor vertical farm. First building @6500 square feet, gravel flooring, metal buildings. Will need Duke transformer, generator, solar panels, water catchment\pond or access to well. Will grow veggies, flowers, bush fruits, and honey. Targeting B2B customers only, (grocery stores, restaurants, government contracts, etc.) No foot traffic. Possible major truck traffic three times a month. If successful then five more similar buildings constructed including improvements from the first building.

Equipment & infrastructure:

Well / Pond / Other water source, Greenhouse, Cold storage (cooler/freezer). More info: Building at 10 feet high so shelving, pallet jacks, PVC piping, prototype design can be shared, actual design with engineer in progress.

More info: Father and grandfather farmed 10 acres of land when I was growing up. I've personally built an indoor hydroponic system in an apartment and used several other proprietary hydroponic systems. I am also a software and platform engineer, so I bring some technical knowledge to the automation, sensors, monitoring, and robotics area of the interior design.

Production goals:

Flowers, Herbs, Honey bees, Vegetable production.

Personal experience and production goals summary:

Intent is to produce upwards of 20,000 to 40,000 pounds of produce periodically. Still researching what can be grown besides leafy greens and how often to harvest.
