Cattle (Dairy/Beef), Field crops, Hogs, Vegetable production, Woodlot or forest products.

Personal experience and production goals summary:

Received Forest Management degree from Haywood Community College. For the past 2 years have practiced rotational forrage based pasture systems for hogs. Generated seed crop of bloody butcher corn during the 2016 season. Production goals would be to continue current practice of forrage based pasture system with hogs and add sheep to rotate behind the pigs in this system. Current plans to expand the seed crop and increase the size of production are to generate a feed system to supplement the hogs during the winter.
