Ideally, we would like to find a small scale homestead and/or market farm, with space and facilities for growing annual vegetables. Perennial crops, existing orchards, space for chickens, additional wooded area would be a plus. We are interested in a short-term (meaning 8 months to 2 years) lease. We are not ready to make an immediate land purchase right now, but that is a long term goal.
We'd be happy to take a look at different situations and consider different opportunities.

Well / Pond / Other water source, Farmer housing.

More info: We use only natural/organic practices, and would prefer land without high levels of chemical use in recent years.
