Current and past farming practices - more info

Farm was occupied before me by organic farmers, and then it set empty for 25 years, tobacco was last crop farmed there. I really would love to be able to make a living running a farm that's proficient, helps the community, and has soul. Its an old, old farm with a lot of history in Madison county. Organic no chemicals, preferably no slaughter of animals, but will do what she needs to do, wants someone to help the community and help her stay there. Great for someone that wants to run an ag business of some sort. It's her home and she'd like to stay there. Her mom is ill and husband having kidney problems so needs some financial help.
