Personal experience and production goals summary:

Experience: I grew up on a dairy farm in upstate New York, which spanned over 400 acres of picturesque land and was home to more than 120 dairy cows. At various times, we also had chickens, pigs, llamas, donkeys, and ducks, adding a diverse touch to our rural haven.

In addition to my upbringing on the dairy farm, I ventured into crop farming for a few years, working with 150 acres of rented land. My primary focus was on cultivating field corn and soybeans, which were then sold to our local mill, contributing to the community's sustenance.

Since 2017, I've called Brooklyn, New York, my home and have been working in the catering industry, specializing in operations. On the side, I've explored woodworking and landscape design, adding creative dimensions to my professional journey. Each step of my path has contributed to my growth and the diverse set of skills I bring to the table today.
