Personal experience and production goals summary:

I have grown herbs for personal use, on and off, for the past 20 years.  I would like to be able to take this hobby and make a sustainable business out of it.  I enjoy cooking as a hobby, and there are many herbs, edible flowers and micro-greens that are not available readily from the store.  Not everyone has the time or desire to grow herbs from seed or starts.  I would like to start with providing products to farmstands, such as Perkins Orchard and move to farmer's markets and eventually to grocery stores, such as the Durham Co-op or Weaver Street Market.  Deliverable herb boxes/bundles would also be possible and could be mailed out similarly to flowers.
