Looking for the following:

Type of opportunity:

Sale (Standard). More info: I want a piece of land with fertile soil. Preferably south facing. Good trees on the property to use to Mill lumber. And the creek on the property. Also, preferably land that can be subdivided as I have some like-minded folk who would like to live on the property and buy a parcel.
