Personal experience and production goals summary:
We are wanting to produce locally grown direct to consumer protein sales, Beef, Hogs, Goats, Sheep, and chicken. All raised on pasture and grass fed meats, from vegetables, herbs, fungi, fruits and nuts produced on natural diverse perma culture standards. We want to offer direct to consumer locally grown produce and meats in a CSA box style scheme. We wish to include aquaculture, agro-tourism, agro-education, as well as other diversified income streams.
