More info: Looking for an opportunity to lease land with a potential option to purchase, I have gardening, animal husbandry experience with rabbits, chickens, and ducks. Looking for an opportunity to work organically, regeneratively, and with permaculture principles. Learning and wanting to expand to bees, orchards and vineyard style growing. Very minimal on the vineyard. Some cleared land already for gardens, I have some tools, hoop houses and garden equipment to get me going.

Equipment & infrastructure:

Barn, Fencing, Well / Pond / Other water source, Greenhouse. More info: Equipment on site already is not a necessary for me, I have two large hoop houses I can build and start with and grow from there with equipment. Some fencing would be nice.

Current production on farm:

Flowers, Herbs, Poultry (Broiler/Layer), Vegetable production. More info: Currently I have a private growing flowers, herbs, vegetables. Water catchment, compost build with a worm farm, I start all seeds by myself under grow lights, I also volunteer at a community garden with to large growing plots. I keep chickens, rabbits, and duck on my land and use their manure to also build compost and use in the garden as well. I have experience in processing meats and I have an area out doors for vegetable cleaning and harvesting as well.

More info: I currently practice organic growing. I blend my animals and style of growing food as a permaculture aspect, and use everything I grow including animals and good and flowers with in each other so that I can build soil quality and habitat around my growing space as well.

More info: My goal is to obtain land to be able to have enough for growing food vegetable wise as well as meat and dairy wise even in small portions such as goats. I would really like to eventually have an area for bees as well

Personal experience and production goals summary:

I have been gardening for over 4 years and working with animals for almost 3. I have volunteered at farms for harvesting and porcessing days and I keep up with my own daily. Including Chickens, rabbits, and ducks. I have incubated and raised chickens and ducks. I also have experience with breeding rabbits, weening, and the sale/production/harvesting of meat with them as well. For gardening experience I have water catchment, irrigation set up trellesing, build structures, growing from seed, uppotting , selling, transplanting, fertilizing, harvesting and even processing cooking and or canning foods herbs and flowers. i make medicines, tincutures and dried herbs with my rpoduce grown as well. The community garden I work in we donate 50% of growth to teo large shelters in the local area and then we get to keep the rest as well.
