More info: Barn like structure for upscale dog , cat … boarding or the ability to build an enclosed or at least sheltered area for sports like agility and training classes. Some fenced in areas to let animal run and play. A pond ( or pool ) would be an added benefit but not mandatory. A greenhouse would be wonderful but also not necessary.
