Personal experience and production goals summary:
I only have experience with my own garden and greenhouses but I am willing to take any college classes necessary and to learn in partnership with the current farmer that owns the land, this will be for my family and we will be building a small farm house and have horses and be self sustainable along with having horses for equine therapy for my grandson and other children with muscular dystrpophy. I would like to grow enough soy beans to make homemade tofu and to sell that and honey and vegetables and fresh bread and goat cheese at a roadside stand or at a booth in a farmers market.
