Personal experience and production goals summary:

The property will be used for the following: small scale mixed use farm, bed and breakfast, and local farm to table food exhibitions. The farm will offer pay to use unique themed playgrounds for children and parents to engage in the past time of PLAY. Hiking trails for children and adults to engage in interactive exercise boards to include strength and yoga practice. The many property gardens, orchard, and vineyards will be opened for tea and gatherings by appointment. 

It is intended that the hay pastures will be maximized and serve dual purposes (use disclosed at later time).

 

Ideally the farm must be situated to a city w larger population (50k+ within 55 minutes)  and 20 minutes to town either way, the town should have a population of at least 8k. The Farm will operate a Trading Co.  in the heart of Downtown in approximately 3-5 SQ FT space. Offer a cafe, live music, open mic and poetry nights, antique and artist booths and fresh farm produce.
