More info: I am a Chef interested in opening a destination restaurant situated on a small farm. I am only interested in serving what is available from the land around us. I am trying to create a business that is a true expression of the land that the restaurant is on. Besides for produce I intend to raise a small flock of chickens and ducks, goats and a few dairy cows. We will create a small sustainable ecosystem that will serve about 12 people a night.
