Looking for the following:

Type of opportunity:

Business Partnership. More info: I currently run a small hard cider business in Rural North Centeral PA, and also work a IT day job. The day job is relocating me to the Charlotte area. I currently own the production equipment to produce and sell hard cider/mead/fruit wine. I am looking for an orchard within a reasonable distance of Charlotte to bring my equipment and experience to. If you are looking to expand your orchard's offerings I would love to see what we can do together.

Equipment & infrastructure:

Barn, Fencing.

Current production on farm:

Orchard, Vineyard.

Qualifications and goals:

Other qualifications:

Higher education in agriculture or related field. More info: I have completed the Mitchell Hard cider production and practice program, as well as the Siebel start your own brewery program. I have produced commercial hard cider for over a year.

Production goals:

Orchard, Vineyard. More info: I would like to partner with an established orchard or vineyard expand into Hard Cider/Mead production.

Personal experience and production goals summary:

I took over 20 years of home brewing experience and opened a Hard Cidery.  My day job has allowed me the oppretunity  to relocate to Charlotte NC.  I would like to take my experience, equipment, and dream with me.  I hope to grow the semi-professional hobby into a sustainable career.  I realize I need partners in this dream as it really is to much for one person.  I would love to see this grow into a farm winery producing Craft Ciders, Meads and other craft beverages.
