More info: I am very interested in either purchasing, entering into a long term lease, or leasing to own 2+ acres of land to plant a fruit orchard on.

Barn, Well / Pond / Other water source, Greenhouse, Farmer housing, Farm equipment, Irrigation equipment, Cold storage (cooler/freezer).
More info: I believe I can make almost anything work as long as I have flat enough open land that I can plant the orchard on. Any available amenities will be helpful, access to water would be extremely helpful and if the area has the ability to tie into high speed internet it would be a very welcomed bonus.
Current production on farm:
More info: As long as there is 2+ acres of usable land for planting fruit trees then it doesnt make a huge difference what else is being farmed on the property.
Current farming practices:
Conventional, Certified organic, Transitioning to organic.
More info: I am open to both conventional farming methods and organic. Organic would be nice whether it be certified or just using organic practices without the certification.

More info: I honestly do not have the experienced I would like to have at this point however I do have a degree in fisheries and wildlife, I worked at my family feed and grain store from age 9-16 driving tractors, delivering grain and haying twice a year. Since college ive been building and marketing websites as well as doing business consulting for local businesses so from a business standpoint I have a lot of positive experience. For the last 2 years i've been growing fruit trees and have quickly found a passion for it and would like to make it a larger part of my life.

More info: Fruit would be my main production but there would likely be some companion crops planted.
Personal experience and production goals summary:
I have been propagating and growing fruit trees for the past couple years in containers. Ive immersed myself into the culture and am excited to finally find land to put trees in ground and get them to grow for production.
