Personal experience and production goals summary:

Work experience:

I have had the opportunity to develop my skills as a grazier through many work ventures.  These endeavors provided hands on experience with the Holistic High Density Grazing (mob-grazing) of dairy and beef cattle.  I have worked with pastured laying hens, pastured broilers, sheep, and hogs.  I have helped to produce grass-fed beef, pastured eggs, pastured poultry, raw milk, yogurt, cheese, and cream.  Through these experiences my great joy was in knowing that good management practices restore the land and increase its health and vigor, thereby producing high quality products and making the farms a more profitable enterprise.

Goal:

To restore and increase the value/profitability of land through regenerative, soil building farming practices -- understanding and working with the land as a whole by using the right tools to manage its relationships.
