More info: We're interested in learning whatever we can about vegetables and greens (soil or hydroponic), herbs, orchards, cattle, goats/sheep, and poultry (broiler, layer, & gamebirds). We're also interested in learning crop rotation, till-free methods, and any other wisdom you might impart to make a small scale operation most efficient. More info: We have an interest in ecological, organic, and biodynamic productions, but we are still researching and coming to our own understandings of what the "best" practices are. We are open to conventional methods as well.

More info: I'm graduating in December from App State. I majored in Economics and focused on agricultural economics. He majored in Sustainable Technologies and has a decent working knowledge of small engines and tractors.

Personal experience and production goals summary:
We both have some experiencing volunteering and helping out relatives with cattle, other livestock, and small scale crop production. I worked with and showed dairy goats as a child. We currently keep a small flock of chickens and guinea fowl for meat and eggs.
