More info: I am passionate about food and the environment. I have applied both of those passions in my love of agriculture. I grow several varieties of gourmet mushrooms and I am looking for a space to expand my operation. I also have experience raising various foul and would love to locate some land to start a small pastured poultry business.

More info: While I do grow some mushrooms outdoors, I grow many of them indoors. Doing this allows me to control specific environmental parameters which helps me produce consistent yields. This can be anything from a heated barn, to Infrastructure that I bring on to the property.

Aquaculture, Cattle (Dairy/Beef), Christmas trees, Fallow, Field crops, Flowers, Hay or pasture, Herbs, Hogs, Orchard, Poultry (Broiler/Layer), Sheep/Goat (Dairy/Meat), Vegetable production, Vineyard, Woodlot or forest products.

More info: I hope to produce a variety of mushrooms grown both inside and out. I plan to produce in excess of 100lbs/week in order to have a viable business. With the right infrastructure I believe this will be an easily achievable goal. With my poultry operation, I hope to raise at least 100 birds at a time. This could be achieved on as little as 2 acres of pasture.
