Personal experience and production goals summary:

I currently run a small, family oriented, cow-calf operation on owned and leased land. We try to be the best stewards of the land that we can possibly be. In my experience- the better I take care of the land, the better it's taken care of me. When possible, I use rotational grazing practices. I'm looking for additional pastureland to graze steers and replacement heifers. In the future I'm also considering adding more small ruminants (sheep/goats) to incorporate a muli-species grazing system. Character and landowner (of currently rented pastures) references will be provided upon request.
