Lease (1 to 5 Years), Lease (5+ Years), Lease with Option to Buy, Business Partnership. More info: Owner/manager of 120 acres of industrial hemp in south west Colorado. Looking to move and spread my operation to the east coast due to a family emergency. Industrial hemp has many medicinal uses and the biproducts are used for textiles an hempcrete.

Equipment & infrastructure:

Fencing, Well / Pond / Other water source, Greenhouse, Farm equipment, Processing facilities, Irrigation equipment. More info: Can provide equipment if needed, I currently drive a 8640 in Colorado. Drying/processing facility, tractor, seed/ride behind planter, landplane, and ripper would be needed for the operation as well as flood or irrigation.

Current production on farm:

Field crops. More info: Two spinkler pivots in south west Colorado by the sand dunes. Over 575000 plants this season.

Conventional, Certified organic, Transitioning to organic.
