Personal experience and production goals summary:
I have 5 years experience within which I've worked with cattle and bison. Currently, I am managing a cattle, pig, and poultry farm in Silk Hope, NC. My partner has 2 years experience. She previously was assistant manager of a 400 acre beef, dairy, pig, and poultry farm. She is now working on a produce farm in Liberty, NC. We are currently ranging our small herd through pasture and old growth forest on a track outside of Liberty, NC. We use temporary fencing which allows us to graze our cattle according to the biodiviersity and weather. Our goal is to expand our range cattle herd for beef and breeding stock, manage other ranchers' herds, and also to support the land's ecological biodiverstoty by righteously ranging.
