Sale (Owner Financed), Lease with Option to Buy, Business Partnership. More info: Looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on 5 to 15 acres. Up to date deep well and septic. Pond or other water source is a plus. 5 (prefer fenced) acres of land for vegetable market garden. Barn or other outbuildings for storage. Cold storage is a plus. Also direct mentoring from a variety of farmers in poultry management, composting, vermiculture and more.

Personal experience and production goals summary:

Currently an urban farmer on a fenced, one-acre plot plus two small greenhouses in Gaithersburg, Maryland. In 2017, my first year, I setup my first farm plan. Together with my team of volunteers and interns and I built 20 beds including two trellised beds. My plan for season one was to grow sun-loving vegetable crops in the sunny area. In season two and three, 2019 and 2020, we'll expand and grow shade loving herbs and mushrooms under trees. See my farm work at www.FarmerGigi.com
