Looking for the following:

Type of opportunity:

Sale (Standard), Sale (Owner Financed), Lease (1 to 5 Years), Lease (5+ Years), Lease with Option to Buy. More info: Relocating to Charlotte area, need enough land to handle 2 horses, 5 Geese, 2 ducks, 20 chickens and 2 pigs. Live on 14 acres in SC now. Believe 5 acres are the minimum. Would like Lease with option or owner financing until I sell present farm.

Equipment & infrastructure:

Barn, Fencing, Well / Pond / Other water source, Farmer housing. More info: Looking for a house and structure we could use as a Barn or storage for Hay, I am capable to build Housing for birds and pigs, Fencing would be nice but not required

More info: We have a hobby farm currently have a small u-pick blueberry patch (150 4 year old bushes), pasture for wife's ponies, raise 2 pigs for slaughter each year, Chickens for eggs and meat, 1/2 acre of vegetables

Conventional, Ecological production but not certified. More info: I don't use any pesticides, and only use manure as fertilizer.

Farm business training, Higher education in agriculture or related field. More info: Have 2 year of undergraduate studies in Forestry and Wildlife Management. Also have taken Continuing Education Courses in Agriculture Management and Farm sciences with Piedmont Technical College. I have been hobby farming for the past 13 years since I retired from the military

Production goals:

Aquaculture, Christmas trees, Hay or pasture, Hogs, Orchard, Poultry (Broiler/Layer), Sheep/Goat (Dairy/Meat), Vegetable production. More info: My ultimate goal would to have a hobby farm that was self sustaining using permaculture techniques that allowed me to help finance operations from the sale of products from the farm. I don't plan on becoming a professional farmer, but I want to live close to the land.
