More info: My brother and I raise cattle, hay, and wheat in Caldwell County and we would like to find some more farmland to rent. We are conscientious farmers and will take good care of your land. We will keep your land looking good. We can work with fields as small as 5 - 10 acres but would prefer larger.
Equipment & infrastructure:
Fencing, Well / Pond / Other water source.
More info: We will need an existing perimeter fence and a water supply for our cattle but we don't need either for hay or wheat land.
