More info: My wife Norma and myself are college educated seeking to rent/lease or rent/lease with option to buy farmland/small farm with house if possible. I am graduate of the Tuft University Beginning Farmer program. Farmed organically small plot with a partner in Mass for 3 years and have been gardening since boyhood. Come from long family line of sharecroppers. Our plan is to open a farm-to-table vegan restaurant and CSA in the Raleigh-Durham area, but will consider other areas. People always say that we are great vegan cook. We have 14 old son and potentially a few nephews and nieces who might join in to help. Will also cultivate lots of herbs and medicinals. Will revamp our business plan upon.

Equipment & infrastructure:

Barn, Fencing, Well / Pond / Other water source, Greenhouse, Farmer housing, Farm equipment, Processing facilities, Irrigation equipment, Cold storage (cooler/freezer).

Current farming practices:

Biodynamic, Transitioning to organic, Ecological production but not certified.
