More info: Micro dairy 10-20 acres Pastured Pork 2-5 acres Possible row crops Out building/s to accommodate small scale milking/pour off. Building or site that can be outfitted (by us) for low risk inspected kitchen for production. Easy to certify. Water, electricity, able to hook up to sewer/septic. Can be attached to the home but would have to have separate entrance. ie garage... Beef herd if expandable pasture or nearby leases, and close by hay sources. (currently 8 beef cows/bull plus this years off spring) 15+ acres Willing to downsize or increase acreage needs for the right property that can accommodate on farm direct sales. Current customer base is Raleigh to Winston Salem.

Cattle (Dairy/Beef), Hay or pasture, Hogs, Sheep/Goat (Dairy/Meat), Vegetable production. More info: 15K units of milk per year 20 hogs 12-18 grassfed/finished steer per year Production/distribution of fermented products. With possible production of main ingredients used, cabbage and beets.

Personal experience and production goals summary:

We have a great customer base that has been established for 8 years. We want to expand farm pick up and decrease deliveries. We would like to stay as close to I-40 corridor as possible! 

We have a stable and growing fermenting business with both wholesale and retail sales.
