Type of opportunity:

Lease (1 to 5 Years), Lease with Option to Buy. More info: 5-10 acres, with residence if possible, but not a priority, would prefer certified organic but also open to other opportunities.

Equipment & infrastructure:

Barn, Fencing, Well / Pond / Other water source, Greenhouse, Livestock facilities, Farmer housing, Farm equipment, Processing facilities, Irrigation equipment, Cold storage (cooler/freezer). More info: We are looking for a 5-10 acre farm, or more, for a dairy goat and sheep business. We would like to grow vegetables and hay as well. We are looking for a property with a residence, however this is not priority. Farm structures and equipment needed include a house, barn, fenced in pastures, a tractor, water, etc.

Current production on farm:

Field crops, Flowers, Hay or pasture, Hemp, Herbs, Hogs, Honey bees, Orchard, Poultry (Broiler/Layer), Sheep/Goat (Dairy/Meat), Vegetable production, Vineyard, Woodlot or forest products. More info: We currently live on and manage a 30 acre farm in Montana, farming hay, vegetables, and goat milk production.

Current farming practices:

Conventional, Transitioning to organic. More info: We are currently not certified organic however we use no pesticides or chemicals in our farming practices. Will have pesticide licenses soon but would prefer strictly organic.
