Equipment & infrastructure:

Barn, Fencing, Well / Pond / Other water source, Greenhouse, Farmer housing, Farm equipment, Processing facilities, Irrigation equipment, Cold storage (cooler/freezer). More info: An ideal set up would include be a small farm house on a 25 acre farm with a couple of barns, fruit trees, pastures for grazing, and fertile fields that have been managed with organic practices. A greenhouse is a plus!

Current production on farm:

Aquaculture, Cattle (Dairy/Beef), Fallow, Field crops, Flowers, Hay or pasture, Hemp, Herbs, Honey bees, Orchard, Sheep/Goat (Dairy/Meat), Vegetable production, Vineyard, Woodlot or forest products.

Current farming practices:

Biodynamic, Certified organic, Transitioning to organic, Ecological production but not certified, None, the property is not being farmed. More info: I am interested in regenerative farming, and while an operating organic farm would be ideal, I am also realistic and open to considering anything.
