More info: Currently we raise layers, broilers, turkey, pheasant and rabbits. We also grow fruits, vegetables and maintain a small apple orchard.

Transitioning to organic, Ecological production but not certified.
More info: We maintain our gardens as well as our livestock as organically as possible by utilizing our own compost. We are currently running trial gardens to test out our luck with several sustainable methods such as the Back to Eden, Ruth Stout and Square Foot Gardening method. We also have a small test hydroponics setup which, if it is successful, will turn into an aquaponics system.

Our ultimate goal is to be fully self sustainable and organically certified, raising hertiage livestock and herloom produce. We would love to be in a position to supply local food pantries and shelters with fresh produce, meat and eggs.
