Personal experience and production goals summary:

I took over non-profit land as a caretaker back in 2015 with my partner at the time and ran Waxwing Farm. A small, market farm using sustainable and organic practices.

I’m looking for a similar arrangement with option or discussion to ownership. Whether it’s a slice of your land or you want to do a hand me down to young-ish farmer.

It does not necessarily need housing or infrastructure. I am open to many different layouts. Ideally, a well for irrigation, a greenhouse or high tunnel, and a tractor.

I’m seeking pasture for livestock, and 3 acres or more of flatland for crops, trees, and other buildings.
