More info: Currently have three head of cattle that my son owns. They were purchased under an FSA Youth program to start a herd to lead to income for his future. We are in need of additional pasture to grow his herd. For the present we are looking for some land that is currently fenced and possibly equipment that we can have the use of. We are more than willing to work to improve any present infrastructure on the property.

Personal experience and production goals summary:
Close to twenty years of livestock experience with the last ten or so being with cattle. My son has ten years with cattle, raising and showing. He currently has two cows and a heifer with goals to expand his herd, but due to limited pasture he is in need of additional space. He is looking for something near our house with current fencing that's is usable or repairable. He does not mind working to improve any present infrastructure.
