More info: I have a degree from NCSU in Sustainable Material and Technology with minors in Environmental Science and Agricultural Business Management but not farming. I am a super quick learner and no stranger to hard work or learning. I am looking to change my lifestyle.

Personal experience and production goals summary:

I have worked as a research grunt at Plant Delights Nursery at Juniper Level Botanical Gardens from spring to fall.  Being up and getting dirty early in the am is what I like to do.  Large goal is bamboo production but as that takes time to ready land and also a few years of growth I am looking to create other opportunities to earn an income such as specialty crops, cut flowers, and honey.  This is a lifestyle change so no I am not an experienced farmer however I am eager and love learning and getting dirty.
