Sale (Owner Financed), Lease (5+ Years), Lease with Option to Buy, Internship / Mentorship, Incubator / Mentored Lease. More info: Looking for Land to farm. At least 50 acres of cropland, but the more the merrier.

Equipment & infrastructure:

Farmer housing, Farm equipment. More info: Looking for a place that has a house, or if you know of available housing.

Current production on farm:

Cattle (Dairy/Beef), Field crops, Hay or pasture, Herbs, Hogs, Woodlot or forest products. More info: Open to any type of crop system, but definitely prefer row crops.

Current farming practices:

Conventional, Certified organic, Transitioning to organic, Ecological production but not certified. More info: Open to any kind of cropping system.

I grew up on a farm and have a degree in Agriculture. I have farmed some on my own on leased land but have never owned my own. I have a varied background and a vast knowledge of various farming systems. I am honest, hard working and a good steward. If you give me a chance I know I can be a huge success.
