Looking for the following:

Lease (1 to 5 Years), Lease (5+ Years), Lease with Option to Buy, Internship / Mentorship, Business Partnership, Employment. More info: Ultimate goal is to propagate trees, azalea, rhododendrons. I'm interested internship working with plants, bees and other animals. I'm also looking to lease land for my plant propagation endeavor. Start small but to grow larger over a few years. I am interested in employment aswell. I am a veteran that currently works in machine manufacturing. I enjoy it but I am highly interested in the hard work of agriculture.

Equipment & infrastructure:

Well / Pond / Other water source, Greenhouse. More info: An area I can set up Tall Hoop houses or an area that has tall hoop houses or green houses. A water source and a shed are all I need for my ambition at the moment. FOR Interning or employment. I'm a quick learner and will work with whatever is needed.

Aquaculture, Christmas trees, Fallow, Field crops, Flowers, Herbs, Honey bees, Orchard, Vegetable production, Vineyard, Woodlot or forest products. More info: Any of these

Biodynamic, Conventional, Certified organic, Transitioning to organic, Ecological production but not certified, None, the property is not being farmed.

More info: Grandfather owned a farm I worked on. I've helpped friends and families in their gardens. I've been propagating plants in my backyard for the past 4 years on a small level.
