Looking for the following:

Type of opportunity:

Sale (Owner Financed), Lease (5+ Years), Lease with Option to Buy, Internship / Mentorship, Incubator / Mentored Lease, Business Partnership. More info: I am a beginner farmer interested in sustainable, organic, food forest type, and local community farming. I would like to be able to live on the property. There is currently three family members, two would be working the farm. I am currently expanding my garden for this season. A small town urban setting just outside town limits. I will be selling vegetables and planting some berry plants for next year if I don't find what I'm looking for this year or next. It will give me a better idea of scale and number of plants to meet my goals.

Equipment & infrastructure:

Fencing, Well / Pond / Other water source, Greenhouse, Farmer housing, Cold storage (cooler/freezer).

Current farming practices:

Transitioning to organic, Ecological production but not certified.

Qualifications and goals:

Production goals:

Flowers, Herbs, Orchard, Vegetable production. More info: I have many interests but I am focusing on produce at this time.

Personal experience and production goals summary:

No experience except for own garden and desire for more.  I am expanding what I currently have to learn how to scale up.
