More info: Two horsewomen with two horses and one mini donkey between us, looking for safe, fenced, quiet pasture to keep our horses on. We have moved away from boarding barns because we prefer to provide the care/handling ourselves and have already been doing so at another property for 2 years now. We are reliable and experienced horsewomen and our equines are well-behaved and cared for. One is younger (7) and is in training. We have our own round pen for training but would benefit from a barn, run-in, or some type of shed for the horses during inclement weather or if we needed to make a stall for any reason (injuries, vet appointments, etc). Three acres is the minimum, but we'd love more!
Equipment & infrastructure:
Barn, Fencing.
More info: We do not have a lawnmower that we can transport for land maintenance so we'd prefer if this was part of the deal, or that we be allowed to pay someone to come take care of it monthly.
