Looking for the following:

Type of opportunity:

Sale (Standard), Sale (Owner Financed), Lease (1 to 5 Years), Lease (5+ Years), Lease with Option to Buy. More info: We are looking to replace crop land we’ve lost in the last few years due to families we’ve leased from selling their farms to residential and corporate buyers. The acres lost totals approximately 500. We would like to expand some beyond that but our need lies in the replacement of these lost acres. Any farm in a range of 50ac to 500 acres would be very interesting to us. Thank you

More info: We have been no-till farming since the 90s. The only tillage tool used is a low soil disturbance subsoiler operated prior to planting corn. The corn acres are in rotation with soybeans on an every other year basis.

My brother and I are the 7th generation of farmers on our family farm which was established in 1811.  We appreciate our heritage and strive to keep pace with current agricultural trends. We desire for the legacy of our family to continue beyond ourselves and by God's grace are prayerfully working to provide secure opportunities for our children.
