Personal experience and production goals summary:

38 year old man, earned degree in Ecology. Out of school I recieved horticulture/greenhouse management training, and soon started my path in agriculture. I've worked on vegetable farms, vineyards, orchards, goat dairy/cheese, and hemp/CBD operations. I've run my own small productions, growing for market, restaurants and wholesale. I've had to create a business; set up accounts, source buyers, record keeping and certifications, managing labor, all of it. Growing, deliveries, market set ups, help running workshops/events. I worked on a 400 acre CBD hemp farm; I did everything from field work, irrigation, greenhouse work, tractor operation, truck driving/hauling. I also spent a year as a extraction technician, learning the ways to extracting medicine from cannabis. I became well rounded by spending 6+ yrs building, mainly carpentry but experienced with masonry, electrical and plumbing. Self sufficiency is key!
