More info: I’ve owned and operated (hands on) large landscape companies in Hilton Head Island for 35 years. I’m done with the heat and humidity and congestion and I want to get involved in a hands on organic farming opportunity in the mountains of North Carolina. I’m especially interested in orchards and herbs. My personal specialty is hand pruning specimen trees and helping them recover from various forms of stress such as salt water intrusion, drought and mistreatment by humans.
