- Agritourism: depending on regulations and specific opportunities of infrastructure in place, I intend to develop a farm-based business with an agritourism component. At a minimum, sales on-farm and events on the farm.  A bigger idea is establishing on-farm culinary, educational, and/or wellness agritourism revenue.  Eventually, this might include additional on-site housing, meeting space, and micro-events capacity.  Thus, a property with these features or that can grow in this direction is ideal.
