Property Description

This land is nestled in the hills near Laurel Park. This land has not been occupied for the last 20 years, before that there was no farming done on it since the 1970s (maybe even longer). There are some fairly flat areas I estimate at least 7 acres are fairly level land, the rest of the acreage is uphill which surrounds the land. An old log cabin with a greenhouse attachec and barn are on the property, they both have water and electric running to them, are not suitable for living in as of now. The two buildings will need some renovation to be livable, but could be used for other purposes. Since this land is untouched and few adjacent farms, it would be a great candidate for organic farming. I'm open to a long term leasing since I don't ever plan to sell this property. My personal goal is to eventually renovate the cabin and barn. Either way I wont need much of this acreage and would love for it to be put to use. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. -Sam
