Property Description

This property is rolling land, but about 10 acres is tillable with a tractor and suitable for produce and/or could also be grazed by cattle. There is a third field about 5 acres that is much steeper and better suited for smaller grazing livestock like sheep/goats. The owners are willing to work with the right person on a rental rate, and housing on the property could be a part of that (a camper trailer, or yurt site. They are looking for someone who will farm and care for the land, and help out with other maintenance on the property in exchange for a lower rental rate or no rental rate at all.

Wilf Life Conservation Program does allow certain use of the other 35 acres, though it must follow the guidelines of the program.
