20 acres. 11 that is steep and wooded with some bottom land. the remaining is fairly level and bordered 1500 feet by the Ivy River. There is currently 4 acres that is fenced in with electric high visibility wire. Over the years there has been either cows or horses. There is a barn that has 4 stalls.
