Looking for the following:

Sale (Standard), Sale (Owner Financed), Lease (1 to 5 Years), Lease (5+ Years), Lease with Option to Buy. More info: I'm looking for affordable fertile land to increase my production scale. I currently farm in a urban setting and I have a demand for more products as i have created multiple sales outlets including a my supermarket. I want to find a property before the 2025 season.

Equipment & infrastructure:

Barn, Fencing, Well / Pond / Other water source, Greenhouse, Livestock facilities, Farmer housing, Farm equipment, Processing facilities, Irrigation equipment, Cold storage (cooler/freezer). More info: I selected all as I'm well aware of what's need to operated a farm but I have experience in building infrastructure so its not a deal breaker if some infrastructure in not available.

More info: I have operated a urban farm for 6 years and I'm looking to expand in scale by creating a multi system farm operation, Mid scale U-Pick berry operation with mid scale vegetable production, and egg production plus accessory production like honey, medicinal herbs and agritourism.
