We had a homestead in Nebraska. I ran a local rabbitry and sold poultry and eggs.
We had over 100 chickens and several breeding rabbit pairs. I also had a dog business on the side selling homemade dog treats from dehydrated organ parts and ears. We absolutely loved it but had to move due to job availability.
We would love to raise our boys with working values. Raising our own food and potentially starting a farm production, be it animal husbandry or crop is our dream. I would love to starr a flower farm and create something community oriented.
