Updated May 4, 2026
Seeking
- 51-100 Total acres
- 11-50 Acres of cropland or tillable land
- 11-50 Acres of pasture
- 11-50 Acres of hayland
Desired locations
I am currently looking for a farm to start on. Preferably one that has a decent home on it with a barn and some acreage.
Plan
I plan to start farming with small animals and move up to larger ones, that produce an income as well as growing crops and gaining contracts for selling and boarding.
I also would like to have enough land that I can incorporate a few other ventures on the land as well to provide a residual income so that income is not an issue during "off" months.
I need someone who is willing to owner sell me some land, I would be more than willing to do sweat equity, whether that would be working the farm that I buy as well as extra land from the sellers and the work it takes to renovate a home if necessary. Hard work is in my DNA and I plan to put it to use.

Experience details
My farming skills started when I was a child as my family had farms throughout Kernersville, NC. When I was a teenager I started to sling hay as a summer job. I moved up into managing a horse farm in Mocksville, NC as an adult before the owner sadly passed away.
