Seeking
- 11-50 Total acres
- 6-10 Acres of cropland or tillable land
- 6-10 Acres of pasture
- 6-10 Acres of hayland
Desired locations
I'm a techie turned regenerative farmer with experience in organic fruits, veggies and herbs and farm-to-home CSA / milk
Plan
I'm the founder of Ejad Farms in Pakistan where I've transitioned land from conventional to high-yield regenerative organic focusing on a mix of seasonal veggies, fruits and herbs. I also have experience of row crops like wheat, rice and specialty crops like turmeric, castor etc. I also run a farm-to-home CSA program and fresh raw milk delivery across the city of Lahore, Pakistan.
Desired infrastructure
Equipment and infrastructure details
My preferred farm setup includes a simple barn that keeps animals safe, dry, and comfortable in all weather. The farmer housing should provide enough space, clean bedding, and good airflow. Strong fencing is important to keep animals secure and prevent escapes. Basic equipment such as a tractor, trailer, and feeding tools help with daily tasks and reduce labor. A reliable water system with troughs or automatic waterers ensures animals always have access to clean water.
Overall, I prefer practical, easy-to-maintain infrastructure that supports animal health, safety, and efficient farm management.
Preferred type of opportunity
Opportunity details
I am looking to take over the management of a new or existing farm through a lease or profit-sharing arrangement. I am interested in building a productive operation while working collaboratively with the landowner to support the farm’s long-term success and profitability.
Desired farming practices
Practices details
My farming philosophy is rooted in natural farming, regenerative agriculture, and syntropic agriculture. I believe farming should work in partnership with nature, creating healthy ecosystems while producing nutritious food and agricultural products.
As a steward of the land, my goal is to support all living organisms, both above and below the soil, by building soil health, increasing biodiversity, improving water retention, and encouraging natural ecological processes.
My practices include minimal soil disturbance, composting, mulching, diverse plantings, agroforestry systems, pollinator habitat, and rotational grazing to create a resilient and productive farm ecosystem.
Production goals
Goals details
My production plan focuses on a diversified farm that includes vegetables, herbs, flowers, honey, orchard crops, field crops, and dairy livestock.
Honeybees and pollinator habitats will be integrated throughout the farm to support crop production and biodiversity. The orchard will follow syntropic and agroforestry principles, combining fruit and nut trees with companion plants and perennial crops.
Sheep, goats, and cattle will be raised primarily for dairy production and managed through rotational grazing systems that improve pasture health and nutrient cycling.
My long-term goal is to create a regenerative farm that produces high-quality products while enhancing the land for future generati

I have moved from a thriving career in tech to now become a full-time farmer having started Ejad Farms in Pakistan which is going very well. Now I'm looking to do hands-on farming myself here in the US and learn from this ecosystem as well as bring my learnings from Pakistan's agriculture ecosystem here. Below are two recent articles that may help build context:
- Why I moved from the tech world to farming
- "We are sitting in the gold mine and leaving the extraction to others."
Here's the work I've done before in tech, among many things, I organized 'Future Fest' - the world's largest tech event attended by 300,000 people in Lahore, Pakistan: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RD0le4EYjnE
