I'm looking for a lovely little 2+ acre parcel with small home to start a therapeutic farmstead.  Ideally with a barn.

I have been a farm and garden manager and farmstead owner growing herbs, vegetables, fruit and small scale raising of chickens and goats.  I have designed beautiful specimen gardens for education and tours. My plan is to have a farmstead raising nigerian dwarf dairy goats and layer hens with vegetable and herb gardens, an art barn, farm store, and space for campsites or small cabins.  Within this space my intention is to hold open farm days and workshops specifically of the therapy nature.

  • Farmer housing
  • Barn
  • Fencing
  • Greenhouse
  • Livestock facilities

Equipment and infrastructure details

I am looking for a place that has a small home available, or utilities in place for me to put a small structure or temporary camper.

My preference is an available barn and fenced area for goats and chickens.

I would like the option to put up a small hoop house or greenhouse.

Ideally there would be the space and opportunity for extra income generating campsites or other rentals.

  • Sale (Owner Financed)
  • Lease (1 to 5 Years)
  • Lease w/Option to Buy

Ideally option to purchase, but would consider longer term lease for the right situation.

Practices details

Sustainable, regenerative and nature nurturing.

Organic in practice without certification.

  • Flowers / Herbs
  • Honey bees
  • Orchard / Vineyard
  • Poultry (Broiler / Layer)
  • Sheep/Goat (Dairy / Meat)
  • Vegetables

Goals details

My plan is for a therapy farmstead offering workshops and sessions in the gardens, with the animals, and in the art barn.

My farm production plan is to raise Nigerian dwarf goats for dairy and to sell, as well as layer hens for eggs as well as potentially offering baby chicks for sale.

My garden production plan is to continue my love and skill in growing medicinal plants for plant sales as well as creating unique farm grown herbal tea blends to sell at the on-site farm store.  I also have intention to produce enough vegetables to both sell at the farm store as well as offer to the community.

My long term vision is a cafe' and tea shop offering creative farm grown food and tea blends
